The College of Agriculture Discusses a Master’s Thesis on the Effect of Gibberellin Mixture (GA7/GA4) and Nano-Iron on the Vegetative Growth Traits and Active Compounds of Clove Plants

A master’s thesis submitted by the student Riyad Ibrahim Khamis was discussed in the Department of Horticulture and Landscape Engineering, College of Agriculture, Tikrit University, entitled:

“Effect of Gibberellin Mixture (GA7/GA4) and Nano-Iron on the Vegetative Growth Traits and Active Compounds of Clove Plants.”

The discussion was held in the presence of a specialized scientific committee. The thesis examined the effects of different treatments using the gibberellin mixture and nano-iron on improving vegetative growth traits and increasing the content of active compounds in clove plants, given the agricultural and ornamental importance of this plant.

The examination committee commended the student’s scientific effort and the significance of the study’s results, noting their practical applications in the field of ornamental plant production and the improvement of their quality traits.

At the conclusion of the discussion, the committee decided to accept the thesis after it fulfilled the approved scientific and methodological requirements, wishing the student continued success in his academic and research career.
